Please contact us before returning any purchase. We will authorize your return/exchange and provide you with an RA# that will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. No return or exchange will be accepted without the correct RA#. Proof of purchase must also be included with the return. If the item is returned within 15 days of purchase and is in perfect original sale-able condition we offer you the choice of an exchange or store/online credit.
No refunds or exchange unless the product is deemed by us to be defective or was shipped by an error accountable to us.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including the sending and return/exchange of the item. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.
When returning an item it must meet the following conditions:
- All items must be unused
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
- All shoes should be returned in their original packing
- No returns or exchanges are possible when the products is sold at a reduced price/or price with a discount code.
